At Mourne Dew we use cold distillation. Low temperatures and low pressure preserve the subtle notes in our gins, vodkas, and poitíns. The result is cleaner, smoother spirits with the best flavours from our carefully selected grains and botanicals.

It is not just better tasting. It is also more sustainable. Our stills use roughly half the energy of conventional distillation and produce zero gin tails. Good for your glass, better for the planet.
