Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods
We ship orders using Royal Mail tracked services:
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, postal service conditions, or seasonal demand.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery progress.
